Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer care on the sales floor. You will assist clients at the cash wrap, manage stock flow from receipt to point of sale, and support visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.

The role requires luxury retail experience and strong English communication. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, operating POS, handling shipments, and maintaining a well-kept, loss-preventive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computing; ability to use iPad/laptop
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and support stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team to execute visual merchandising updates and store routines.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
