Coach is a global fashion house delivering premium retail experiences. The Sales Support Associate role focuses on welcoming clients, operating the POS, and maintaining an organized sales floor while supporting stock flow from receipt to sale.

Responsibilities include customer service, brand advocacy, stock management, and visual merchandising updates, with a flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred in luxury retail/service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer data where permitted.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
