Hermès King of Prussia Boutique seeks a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist with clerical duties for front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Assist sales team with selling process: stocking, merchandising and prep.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain inventory standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist after-sales by logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
