Job summary

The Hermès Princeton Boutique seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to help with front and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will work with the sales team to enhance the client experience under store leadership.

Key duties include clerical support, stock preparation, floor organization, and assisting Client Service, Concierge, and Greeter activities. The position runs November through December 31st and requires in-person availability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused service are essential.
• Detail orientation and organizational skills help manage stock and store presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use basic computer tools is required.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform in-person work at the designated location.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in a luxury retail setting.
• Support the sales team with selling process and stock handling.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist with after-sales tasks: logging repairs and communicating with clients.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional customer service.
