Job summary

Hermès King of Prussia boutique seeks a Selling and Service Assistant to support front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will process transactions, assist the sales team, and maintain CRM records to analyze purchase history.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while upholding Hermès service standards. On-site store work is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.
• Customer service oriented and able to multi-task.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record POS transactions at the register accurately.
• Provide high levels of service in Hermes luxury standard.
• Support sales process: stock, merchandising and floor readiness.
• Assist in stockroom processes and inventory preparation.
• Support After Sales: log repairs and client communication.
• Maintain detailed CRM records for purchase history and analysis.
• Answer phones promptly with professional service.
