Job summary

Hermès Scottsdale Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join the team from November through December 31st. You will support front and back of house operations, help with stock preparation, and assist the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with wrapping, maintaining floor standards, and supporting after-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Capable of handling difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Able to lift 0–25 lbs and perform in-person work at a designated location.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service following Hermès standards.
• Assist sales team with selling process and stock handling.
• Maintain organized workstation and floor stock continually.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson and Greeter activities.
• Assist with After Sales tasks, repairs logging and client communication.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
