Job summary

Hermès Scottsdale Boutique seeks a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for both front and back of house operations in our fast-paced, luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st, reporting to store management and assisting the sales team and selling support teams to enhance the client experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented with strong communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for greeting clients and answering questions.
• Customer service orientation is required to support the client experience in a luxury setting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are needed to maintain stock and merchandising standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office aids in clerical tasks and record keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in person at the store is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Assist sales team with merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and floor prep.
• Maintain merchandise standards, restock, and organize workstation and selling floor.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Record after-sales activities, including repairs and client communications.
• Answer phones promptly with courteous customer service.
