You will assist Client Advisors, help with product and fitting room needs, greet guests, replenish merchandise, maintain luxury presentation, and support appointments amid high-volume traffic.

This role requires strong communication and a polished, service-oriented approach, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Luxury or premium retail experience is preferred.
• Candidate with fashion luxury hospitality background will be considered.
• Polished, engaging, service-oriented demeanor is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, elevated service to boutique clients.
• Assist Client Advisors and support overall sales floor coverage.
• Greet clients and help with product and fitting room needs.
• Retrieve and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Maintain luxury presentation standards throughout the boutique.
• Assist with client appointments and high-volume holiday traffic.
• Partner closely with the broader boutique team.
