Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its luxury boutique in Scottsdale, AZ. This temporary role provides clerical and front- and back-of-house support to the sales team, ensuring a high-quality client experience through December 31.

You will welcome clients, help with wrapping, assist with merchandise retrieval/stocking, keep the floor organized, and support concierge and after-sales needs. This in-person position requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities; assist with after-sales needs and repair records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
