Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience and supporting daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals while collaborating with a team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
The role blends luxury retail service with omnichannel selling, clienteling, and data-driven selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail with fashion knowledge.
- Experience with POS operations and basic devices (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture data for repeat purchases.
- Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
- Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives.
