Applicants should have 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with strong English and familiarity with mobile POS and data capture. Flexible scheduling and fast-paced enviroment knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling, meet sales targets.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute personal sales plans and contribute to KPIs.
• Support inventory and daily store operations.
