Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-centric sales experience.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments, routing to the right associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations with Operations on duty.
• Assist fitting room experiences when needed.
• Promote services like alterations, personalization, food/bev, delivery.
