Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate in Orlando to elevate the client experience within our luxury retail environment. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver extraordinary service during peak season, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed and expertly assisted across store areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer-centric roles, familiarity with retail tech, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with sales ability.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and department zones and connect them to the right associate.
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and follow up on requests.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with operations.
• Assist fitting rooms and promote services such as alterations or personalization.
