Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and work with the team to deliver remarkable service, welcome clients, and transition them to the right specialist.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in customer-centric roles, familiarity with retail tech, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. An employee discount is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Comfortable using retail and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and direct them to the appropriate associate.
• Work across store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently as needed.
• Escalate issues to management with grace and urgency.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations and on-duty managers.
• Assist with fitting room experiences as needed.
• Promote services such as Alterations, Personalization, and deliveries.
