Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Minimum 1+ year sales experience, strong English, and familiarity with POS and live-stream shopping are preferred. Nights, weekends, and peak season schedules are required as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Strong English proficiency
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and assist with daily operations.
