Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations and blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires building client relationships, leveraging product expertise, and working with the team to meet individual and store KPIs. Flexible scheduling is required to cover evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail environments is preferred.
Familiar with POS systems and basic computer use.
Strong customer service mindset with sales focus.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of live-stream shopping or social selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs, both individually and with the team.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
Handle daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection rules.
