TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain the in-store sales and service experience and promote sales culture within the retail store. You will connect with in-store clients and develop a repeat client base, while maintaining knowledge of apparel each season.

There is a requirement to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, to support in-store events, CRM activity, and overall profitability in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1-year experience in client services.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain in-store sales and service experience to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat clientele.
• Maintain product knowledge of apparel across seasons (fit, fabric, use).
• Participate in-store events, CRM activity, and promotions to drive repeat business.
