Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain the in-store sales and service experience and promote a sales culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals.

You will connect with in-store clients, develop and retain a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals, and maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use of the line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales and provide exceptional service on the floor.
• Build and retain a following of repeat clients to drive sales.
• Maintain product knowledge of apparel each season.
• Support events, marketing initiatives and CRM activities to boost repeat business.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure a welcoming environment.
