Job summary

Coach is a global luxury fashion house known for its distinctive bags, accessories and ready-to-wear. The Sales Associate role is a front-line ambassador delivering a personalized shopping experience and meeting store sales goals while supporting daily operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge, drive cross-selling and upselling, and use POS and clienteling tools to capture data for repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demo experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom organization; support daily store operations.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
