Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our peak-season operations team. You will help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise, assist with inventory and pricing changes, and ensure safety on the receiving dock.

This role requires at least 1 year in operations or warehouse work, familiarity with retail tech, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
