Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during peak season. You will help unload, sort, stock, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, with a focus on safety and accuracy, using retail tech, and contributing to a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role is required.
• Familiar with retail tech and handheld scanners or point-of-sale devices is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to clients, stores, or distribution centers.
• Complete daily inventory control and stock accuracy checks.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures on receiving docks and in all work areas.
