Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the operations team during peak season. You will help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise, assist outbound shipments, and participate in daily inventory control with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year in operations or warehouse roles, comfort with retail and mobile tech, and a physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
