Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our luxury retail operations during the peak season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help ensure accurate inventory, smooth receiving and on-sell execution, with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.

The role requires at least one year in an operations or warehouse setting, comfort with retail tech, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
