Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during peak season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you’ll help deliver the luxury client experience by ensuring smooth receiving, inventory, and pricing workflows.

The role requires at least 1 year in operations/warehouse, comfort with retail and mobile tech, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on receiving dock and in all work areas.
