Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our luxury retail operations during peak season. You will assist in unloading, sorting, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor, while contributing to accurate inventory and pricing updates.

This role emphasizes safety and efficiency on the loading dock and back-of-house areas. We value at least 1 year in operations or warehouse roles, comfort with retail tech, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas
