Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our luxury retail operations during the peak season. You will assist with receiving, sorting, inventory, and price changes while upholding safety and exceptional client experiences on the selling floor and back‑of‑house areas.

This role requires at least 1 year in an operations or warehouse setting, comfort with retail tech, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas
