Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the operations team during peak season. You will help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise, support outbound shipments, and manage daily inventory tasks while upholding safety on the dock and in work areas.

The role requires at least 1 year in operations or warehouse settings, familiarity with retail and mobile tech, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on receiving dock and work areas.
