• Ability to perform the essential duties of the role, including prolonged standing and walking; bending, kneeling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to Palm House standards.
• Make beds and replace linens for polished presentation.
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain room surfaces.
• Replenish towels and guest supplies per standards.
• Respect guest privacy and follow Do Not Disturb procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with other departments.
