Job summary

Palm House is seeking a Seasonal Reservations Agent/PBX to provide personalized reservation support and serve as the welcoming voice for our luxury hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. This role combines accurate booking management with attentive telephone service, connecting guests with information, services, and support.

The ideal candidate is a warm communicator who can manage prioritization with accuracy, coordinate with front office and departments, and deliver seamless, personalized service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in hotel reservations/front desk or PBX is a plus.
• Luxury hotel knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone/email; manage bookings in Opera or designated system.
• Handle PBX calls, direct to appropriate departments, and relay messages.
• Coordinate guest requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments; maintain privacy of guest information.
