CELINE in New York is seeking a seasonal Client Service Advisor to manage omni-channel client requests across digital and store touchpoints. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail, luxury experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer clients’ requests through different channels (phone, email, chat, social).
• Offer personalized advice and service with knowledge of all iconic CELINE products.
• Assist clients with online orders and meet revenue goals.
• Comply with policies to ensure seamless omni-channel experience.
• Handle and resolve client issues across digital and store touchpoints.
• Support operational functions (fraud review, ASQ claims, refunds).
