Job summary

The Hermès San Francisco Boutique is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with wrap/packaging, stocking stock, preparing stock room, and supporting Sales, Concierge, and After-Sales teams. Position runs November through December 31st, with a pay rate of $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide high levels of service to clients within Hermès standards: greet clients, offer assistance, wrap and package at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hang merchandise, return merchandise to floor, retrieve stock, prepare stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to keep items stocked and merchandise standards maintained.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas as needed: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones in a timely manner with friendly customer service.
