Job summary

The Hermès San Diego Boutique is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support and assist front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key duties include greeting clients, assisting with merchandising, stocking, stock room prep, coordinating after-sales tasks, answering phones, and supporting Client Service, Concierge, and Greeter/Host activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and grace.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform in-person work at store.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service with greeting, assistance, and wrapping at sale.
• Support sales team with selling process and stock handling.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain stock and merchandise standards.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales tasks: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
