Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assess their needs, escort to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Assist beverage service to clients in line with brand standards and stock supplies.
• Provide hospitable services (e.g., color books for kids) as part of client experience.
• Support sales team with selling process: hang merchandise, return merchandise to floor, retrieve stock, prepare stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain inventory and stocking standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
