Job summary

Hermès Palo Alto Boutique seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join our luxury team from November through December 31, reporting to store management. You will assist front and back-of-house operations to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with product presentation and packaging, stocking and organizing merchandise, and supporting client services and after-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide high levels of service to our clients within the Hermès standard of service: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort ensure all items are stocked at all times.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support of After Sales areas as needed. Logging in repairs, contacting clients, maintain active records.
