Aufgaben

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique.
• Assist sales team with selling process: hanging, restocking, stock prep.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized and stocked per standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales with repairs logging and client communication; maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
