Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in a Hermès boutique.
• Assist sales team with selling process, inventory organization, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor standards with stock and packaging materials.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales with repair logging, client contact, and record maintenance.
• Answer phones promptly with professional customer service.
