Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients following Hermès standards.
• Assist sales team with selling process and stock management.
• Organize workstations and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Handle After Sales tasks: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones in a timely and courteous manner.
