Job summary

The Hermès Naples Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for both front and back of house operations. The position runs from November through December 31st and reports to store management in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients per Hermès standard of service, including greeting, offering assistance, and assisting with wrapping at point of sale.
• Support selling process: hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, and prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and keep stock replenished.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
