Job summary

Hermès Dallas Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st, reporting to store management and collaborating with sales and selling support teams to enhance the client experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, excellent customer service, detail orientation, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique.
• Greet clients and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort; ensure items are stocked and merch standards are maintained.
• Support After Sales areas; logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining active records.
• Answering phones in a timely manner with friendly customer service.
