Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, customer service orientation, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift 0–25 lbs and work in person at a designated location is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, and prepare stock room.
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards and ensure items are stocked at all times.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales activities such as logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones in a timely and friendly manner.
