Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Seasonal Sales Support team member to enhance the client experience on the sales floor during the holiday season. You will assist clients, support POS and gifting operations, and help maintain store presentation and hospitality areas.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours in a fast-paced environment. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to create memorable, hospitality-driven experiences.
• Support sales associates with POS transactions, boxing, wrapping, and gift preparation.
• Assist the engraving station where applicable and accurately manage floor waiting lists.
• Maintain hospitality areas and restock POS and gifting supplies; keep sales floor and POS stations organized and orderly.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and assist with after-sales servicing.
• Support inventory activities and special projects as needed.
