Adecco seeks Boutique Assistants to join an iconic luxury brand in Costa Mesa. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences in a high-touch, fast-paced boutique environment, with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-touch service environments preferred.
• Polished, approachable and professional presence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every client.
• Assist with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, wrapping, and beverage service.
• Prepare boutique for client appointments and elevate the experience.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Support with watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, and personalization services.
• Handle concierge-style client requests and reservations.
• Answer calls and inquiries; schedule appointments.
• Maintain organized client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Stock replenishment and organization of sales/hospitality spaces.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory prep.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth operations.
