Job summary

Hermès Waikiki Boutique in Honolulu is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support across front and back of house in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will assist the sales team with the selling process, prepare stock, wrap and merchandise, answer phones, support client service and after-sales tasks, and help maintain impeccable store standards. The position runs from November through December 31.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide high levels of service to clients in a luxury environment.
• Support the sales team with the selling process, stock handling and floor replenishment.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to ensure merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales tasks, logging repairs and maintaining client records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
