Discovery Land Company’s The Hills in East Quogue and Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY, seek Seasonal Line Cooks for 2027. Roles start April 1 and run through October 30, 2027, with H-2B visa sponsorship available.

Expect high-volume kitchen duties, strict safety standards, and teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and may be housed seasonally at a reduced rate.

Qualifications

• Twelve months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and long shifts.
• Must read, write, speak, understand English.
• Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Knowledge of ServSafe and safe food handling practices.
• Background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per standard recipes with portion control and minimizing waste.
• Stock kitchen with all necessary ingredients.
• Assist on all stations on the line as needed for each meal period.
• Maintain and clean equipment according to opening/closing checklists.
• Report hazards or maintenance needs promptly and follow safety standards.
• Ensure proper plating and timely service to guests.
