Job summary

Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY is seeking a Seasonal Line Cook to join the Culinary Department from April 1, 2027 to October 30, 2027. Located in the Hamptons, this role supports high-volume service and guest satisfaction.

You will prepare and plate dishes per recipes, work across stations, and maintain sanitation and safety standards. Housing options may be available for long-distance workers; compensation ranges from $21 to $33 per hour, with meals and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resort, or private club.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per standard recipe with portion control and minimal waste.
• Stock kitchen with all necessary ingredients.
• Assist on all stations on the line during each meal period.
• Maintain and clean equipment according to opening/closing checklists.
• Report hazards or equipment needing repair or maintenance promptly.
• Adhere to Department of Health food and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure timely plating and presentation of all dishes.
