Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons properties Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills are seeking a Seasonal Line Cook to join the Culinary Department for the April 1, 2027 – October 30, 2027 season. Prepare items per standard recipes, maintain portions, stock and assist across stations, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Must have 12 months of high-volume kitchen experience, read/write English, and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resort, or private club.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of ServSafe and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per standard recipe, maintain portions, and minimize waste.
• Stock kitchen with necessary ingredients and assist on all stations.
• Maintain and clean equipment; follow health and safety standards.
• Ensure proper plating and timely guest service; report hazards.
