Job summary

The Hills is seeking Seasonal Line Cooks to join the Culinary Department at Discovery Land Company's Hamptons locations in Westhampton Beach and East Quogue, NY. The role runs April 1, 2027 through October 30, 2027, with H-2B visa sponsorship available.

You will prepare items per standard recipes, assist on all stations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resort, or private club.
• Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per standard recipes, maintain portion control, and minimize waste.
• Stock kitchen with necessary ingredients and assist on all stations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas; follow health and safety standards.
