Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ line cook experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support staff.
• Must be able to read and understand basic cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high-quality cuisine, following portion sizes and kitchen rules.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to cleanliness regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing the kitchen.
• Reports shortages, equipment problems, or quality issues to the Chef.
