Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience.
• Previous experience working as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant strongly preferred.
• Ability to work AM or PM shifts based on business needs.
• Strong knife skills, station organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items consistently according to recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned station throughout service
• Set up and break down stations with proper prep levels for service
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining food quality
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and other stations during service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Assist with prep tasks, product organization, and general kitchen support when needed
