Job summary

Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony, PA, is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Line Cook for a six-month assignment in a fast-paced kitchen. You will learn and maintain standards, expedite orders, and support banquet functions under the supervision of the lead chef.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years in a busy kitchen, experience with grill/sauté/fry/prep, strong cooking techniques, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to follow recipes and control portions. ServSafe certification is preferred.

• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.
